Iran is ready for return of all sides to agreement and complying with mutual commitments, said Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
TABNAK, Jan 07: Pezeshkian speaking in a meeting with ambassadors of several countries presenting their credentials, said the US withdrew from Iran’s landmark nuclear deal with P5+1 in 2015 namely known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and the pledges were also violated by the three European countries whereas the Islamic Republic was adhering to this agreement in that time.
"Based on our religious beliefs and the decisive fatwa of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Iran has no intention of using its nuclear capabilities in the military field, and we are fully prepared for all parties to return to the agreement and fulfill their mutual obligations,” he said in the meeting with new ambassadors from Armenia, Ireland, Great Britain, Turkmenistan, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Cuba, Kuwait, Mauritania, and the Netherlands.
